Running to the music

After whacking my big toe last Tuesday and giving running a rest to let it recover, I went out for a test run earlier today. Its aching a little this evening, but I'll reserve my final judgement for the morning.

I also decided to listen to some music whilst I ran today - something I haven't done before. It was ok, but I feel it does take away slightly from the enjoyment of being outdoors, a disconnected from the environment sort of thing.

I went out shortly before sunset today, and snapped this nice picture of the sun going down over Wiltshire.
