Training has been a little slow this week, as I have been giving my toe some time to get better before the race. It still aches a little after a run, but doesn't seem to be getting worse.
I decided to go for 10k today though and see how I'd get on. Luckily all went very well, I done it in 58mins! Pleased with my time I hope to get something near this on race day.
Time for some recuperation, one or two easy runs in the week, then I should be good to go!
