Birthday Celebrations

Yesterday I celebrated my 30th birthday. Cerian made a lovely fried breakfast for me, and at lunch time we went out for a run in the forest.

I have been running more with Cerian lately. It's nice to have company, it can get lonely out there sometimes :-)

Last night I celebrated with my family and friends, and today have been suffering for it. I had a great night though and it was good to see some old faces.
