Things appear to be going well, the aches that I had seem to have disappeared. Not sure whether it was ITBS or just sore and tired muscles, but glad its gone so quickly!
Last week I did two 2 mile runs, and a 3.44 mile run on Sunday. Sunday was 'International Barefoot Running Day' too, so I took my shoes off for the last 1.5 miles.
Today I did a 3 mile run around the neighbourhood.
Friday is looking sunny so hopefully a run in the forest after work. Can't wait!
