I extended my five mile run from Fritham and headed over towards Frogham via the left hand track through the initial enclosure. Then, after an uphill climb headed back along Hampton Ridge before the final hill to reach the car. Just over eight and half miles.
My leg was good. I've started to come to possibility that it might not of being a stress fracture after all. I have recently started massaging some sore spots of muscle (after some digging with my fingers), which I think it is the peroneus brevis muscle that comes up along the fibula. I believe it was this referring pain to my fibula area, as after some massage (aka trigger point therapy) that pain completely disappears.
Looking forward to a curry this evening and a few beers to celebrate my birthday on Monday!
